The members of the Hill Association welcome you to our unique and cozy shopping district in the heart of the City of Grosse Pointe Farms. Enjoy our hospitality at our boutiques, restaurants, shops and more. You’ll find something for everyone on The Hill.


What is The Hill Association?

The Hill Association is comprised of businesses and stores located on Kercheval Avenue between Fisher Road and Muir Road in Grosse Pointe Farms, Michigan. The Association promotes the interests of its members to attract people to shop, eat, and do business with our members. We sponsor events to draw the community to our area and represent the business community to the city. 

TheHillGP.org is a comprehensive source for people to discover great things to do and places to go on The Hill, a distinctive and friendly shopping area in Grosse Pointe Farms, Michigan. The Hill offers shops, restaurants and community organizations that provide fun events and special offers throughout the year. This site features a unique and personalized view of each business through photography, descriptions, promotions and events. 


Why Join?

Through The Hill Association, our Members receive a growing list of benefits and support, including:

  • Support for the local happenings with the community and other local businesses
  • We meet with our Grosse Pointe Farms Representatives, making sure our opinions are known on issues including Parking and the Landscaping of The Hill
  • Events we help organize bring people to the area to shop and participate in events, increasing exposure to The Hill and our businesses. Example: Racing for Kids, Sidewalk Sales
  • The Association organizes and funds the annual Holiday decorations and the Spring flower planting, maintaining an inviting streetscape for visitors
  • Members receive publicity and exposure via listing and advertising in publications including the little Bluebook and the regular publications of the Grosse Pointe Yacht Club as well as a listing on the Association’s website
